What is white food? Examples of white food are white pasta, white rice, white bagels, muffins and pastries and white sugar. These white foods destroy your liver since they are all highly inflammatory and they lead to fatty liver disease.
When you go to a restaurant, you usually consume fried foods. Avoid fried foods because all the fried foods at these different restaurants are cooked in really low quality, highly inflammatory seed oils. When seed oils are put under high temperatures, it destabilizes them and makes them rancid which is bad for you.
Many beverages out there are loaded with sugar and the worst part is its not even real sugar but high fructose corn syrup which is the worst kind of sweetener for your liver. Fructose is a highly processed form of sugar that the liver deals with and as a result of that it’s more likely to accumulate fat within the liver.
Highly processed foods contain artificial dyes made in a lab somewhere. It’s synthetic. It’s fake. Think about processed sugars, or processed flours – processed foods that you get in these little packages that have 50 ingredients in them that 99% of you can’t even understand what it says. Simply stick to real foods that are actually found in nature.
