I remember growing up and learning that you had to eat a certain way in order to have health. This method of eating involved using margarine instead of butter, eating only low fat foods, eating lots of whole grains for true heart health. What a nightmare! conventional wisdom is almost always wrong and let me tell you folks. This is conventional health wisdom that has let down the public at the highest level. Fake healthy foods have single handedly destroyed more individuals health than almost any other health wisdom. Unfortunately many health experts jumped on the bandwagon of the worst healthy foods and pushed it to their loyal following and destroyed their health in the process.
Bad health foods have been around forever, and fortunately we know now that these past truisms are in fact false. It’s truly logically untenable as to how someone could have ever thought margarine could be a health food. It is literally a chemical cocktail combined with hydrogenated oils. It is now proven to cause health problems like heart disease and cardiovascular complaints.
Health foods that are bad for you should be avoided at all cost. They were not good for you ten years ago and are not good for you today. These are some of the worst foods for your health and should be replaced with health options that offer real nutritional value that promotes health. Growing up I watched my family eat these foods and then I watched them suffer from horrible degenerative diseases that could have easily been avoided if they had this information.
