Do THIS to Protect Your Heart
In the United States, somebody dies of a cardiovascular related event, every 36 seconds and cardiovascular death. Remains as the number one killer of people prematurely.
A new study links phthalates to cardiovascular disease. Phthalates are chemical compounds, primarily used in plastics. Past research has identified links between phthalates and cardiovascular disease. And a recent study has helped identify at least one mechanism, linking phthalates exposure to cardiovascular disease.
People identify BPA as being dangerous, but they really ignore the rest of the different chemical compounds used in plastic. The fact is, and this is just a secret of the plastic industry, is that whenever a particular chemical like BPA is identified as being dangerous to the body, and carcinogenic, basically what happens is they make a small tweak to that chemical, they make a derivative of it that hasn’t been studied, that hasn’t been proven in the research and they throw that in. And then of course, everybody stops complaining.
The fact is, if you’re eating out of plastics, drinking out of plastics, you should stop. Plastics have a dangerous, compounding effect over a lifetime.
According to the world health organization ischemic heart disease and stroke were the top two causes of death across the world in 2016, although there have been dramatic declines in cardiovascular disease, elements in the category, continue to remain major causes of loss of health and life.
The CDC reports that heart disease and stroke prevention reports that one in every three deaths is from heart disease. In $1 of every $6 is spent on cardiovascular disease. Basically, you’re looking at a very expensive problem, but also a problem that is killing a lot of people prematurely.
The one thing that is connected with almost every cardiac related issue or death is a lack of sleep.
Both the amount and the quality of sleep you get are important. You could lay in bed for a long time, but you may not be falling into a deep sleep cycle. Wearing a sleep tracker can be highly, highly beneficial for giving you the proper information you need to know about your quality of sleep.
Sleep is a pillar of health. Somebody can not be healthy if they don’t sleep well. We’re finding out as well, it certainly is related to cardiovascular related disorders.
Sleep disorders are associated with using technology at night. If you’re on your phone, computer, or TV these all can cause you to not sleep well. This is a huge problem amongst millennials and the Generation Z (those under 25).
Sleep deprivation is associated with more health conditions. The average number of sleep hours in the US is also declining. In America alone, one of the things that society is known for is pushing themselves to the limit. We live in a society that basically doesn’t sleep at night and then just pushes themselves to the limit with caffeine, which is devastating to the body over a long period of time.
A survey in 2018 showed that the average person was sleeping six hours and 17 minutes each night. In 2019, that had dropped to five and a half hours
Get your sleep people.
Taking 200 to 400 milligrams of magnesium before bed can greatly improve your sleep. You may find yourself being able to sleep through the night.
A new study finds that social isolation increases heart problems.
The Australian study found that older adults with poor social health who have low social support and are isolated, we’re 42% more likely to develop cardiovascular disease and twice as likely to die from it.
The third, most popular supplement and why people are taking it.
CoQ10. Many conditions, including heart disease and migraines, for which CoQ10 has been found beneficial for, appear to be rooted in mitochondrial dysfunction coQ10 is used by every cell in your body, but especially your heart cells.
CoQ10 helps fight inflammation, which is really important, especially when it comes to cardiovascular health and your heart vessels. It can help improve atrial fibrillation, It can stop the progression of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. It can also help with high blood pressure.
